Hello - and thanks for visiting this web site. My name is Lorraine Barber. I am the Broker for New Concept Associates, Inc. I specialize in the Active Adult (55+) Retirement Communities in Central Florida. My husband and I live in one of these communities, Royal Highlands. It is a wonderful lifestyle for retirees, but also nice for us, even though we are still working. We decided to start this web site to make contact with potential buyers and renters.
